At Moor Outdoor, we are dedicated to providing high-quality outdoor services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The services provided were not performed as outlined in the service agreement or contract.

  • The service was incomplete or significantly delayed without prior notice.

  • Valid concerns brought to our attention within 7 days following the completion of the service.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction arising from external factors beyond Moor Outdoor’s control, including but not limited to weather conditions.

  • Changes of mind or preferences after the service has been completed.

  • Services completed in accordance with the agreed terms and accepted by the client.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Moor Outdoor reserves the right to issue partial refunds based on the specifics of the case.
